Product Warranty:
Elsie's Crystal Beads Jewelry Shop guarantees full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for products purchased. The warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product, the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts, it will either be repaired or replaced by a piece of the same value.
This warranty service is free of charge. The damaged product should be given to us. If products are sent by post, they should be sent by certified mail and insured, as Elsie's Crystal Beads Jewelry Shop cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft occurring during transport.
The warranty is valid for a period of two years, from the date of purchase. Please keep the delivery receipt as it serves as a warranty for products purchased from the online shop.
Right of Return:
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this purchase agreement up to7 days after receipt of goods. No reason needs to be stated. If you exercise this right of withdrawal, you are no longer bound to the agreement and any payments made with respect to this agreement will be refunded.
In order to cancel the agreement it is sufficient to send, within the 7-day period, a notice in writing through our "Contact Us" page should be sent and you will have to send back the goods within 30 days after cancellation. The goods returned are dispatched at the expense and risk of Elsie's Crystal Beads Jewelry Shop but you must take reasonable care of them, until dispatch.
